Electrical Installation
Complete electrical installation for new buildings, extensions and refurbishments, from first-fix conduit to final testing.
We install the lighting, socket, power and special circuits for your premises, working to your architect's or engineer's drawings or to a layout we prepare with you. Work is done in stages alongside the builders and finished with testing and a handover pack.
What we do
- Review of drawings or preparation of a wiring layout
- First-fix conduit, trunking and cable installation
- Second-fix of switches, sockets, luminaires and boards
- Installation of distribution boards and protective devices
- Insulation resistance, continuity and earth-loop testing
- Handover with circuit schedules and test records
What we need from you to quote
- Architectural and electrical drawings or a Bill of Quantities if available
- Site location and building type (domestic, commercial, industrial)
- Total floor area or number of rooms and points required
- Preferred fittings and finishing standard
- Supply capacity available at the site
- Construction programme and when electrical access is needed
