Gate access systems manage who can drive or walk into a compound using remote controls, cards, intercom, ANPR or phone. They link the gate motor with readers and safety devices. We supply or work with sliding, swing and barrier gates.

- Gate type (sliding, swing, folding) and approximate weight and width
- Whether a motor already exists and its make
- Number of users and type of credentials wanted
- Distance between the gate and the main house or gatehouse
- Power availability and backup for outages
- Whether guards operate the gate or users enter independently
