An independent inspection that tells you whether your cameras will actually deliver footage when needed.
A health audit checks that cameras are working, recording, correctly aimed and retaining the footage you expect. It is useful before an insurance renewal, after a security incident or when taking over a site. You get a written report with prioritised fixes.
What we do
- Check of each camera view, focus and night image
- Recorder status, storage, retention and clock verification
- Review of cabling, power supplies and enclosures
- Password, user access and remote access security check
- Test export of footage
- Written findings and recommendations
What we need from you to quote
- List of cameras and recorders, if documented
- Site address and permitted inspection times
- Reason for the audit (insurance, incident, handover)
- Admin access or someone who can log in to the recorder
- Number of sites involved
- Any known blind spots or complaints
